Jerry has been with Agoro since May 2021. Originally from the Midwest, he grew up in a four generational farming family involved in the fertilizer business. He earned his BS in Agriculture from the University of Nebraska, and his areas of expertise are agronomy, retail experience, and agriculture environmental stewardship. With a professional background spanning twenty five plus years - Jerry has worked in sustainable fertilizer sales, independently owned an ag retail business (chemical, fertilizer, seed), and served as an area agronomist and field development (research) rep at DuPont Crop Protection. As part of an ever-changing world, he believes a life in agriculture means his knowledge and growth will forever evolve as well. The expertise and values he’s gained thus far have shaped Jerry into the manager, farmer, advocate, and person that he is today.
